I am the pastry chef of The University Club of Providence. With being the pastry chef I have the responsibility of making any wedding cakes or specialty cakes that are requested. These are just some of the cakes I have created while working as the pastry chef.

Best Friends Wedding Cake

This past October I had the pleasure of making the wedding cake for my best friend's wedding down in North Carolina. The wedding was amazing having around 350 people in attendence, the cake had to be larger than life. I had an amazing time putting together this cake and being able to be such an important piece of my best friends wedding.
